About me
Aimee has spent the past three decades honing her skills in admission and related fields, first as a director of admission and financial aid at boarding and day schools in the United States, and then working for nonprofit educational associations: The Enrollment Management Association (EMA) and The Association of Boarding Schools (TABS). While at EMA she traveled extensively visiting schools, presenting at conferences, and meeting with education sector contacts on behalf of EMA member schools and families. Before joining EMA in 2006, Aimee spent five years as the associate director of The Association of Boarding Schools (TABS) in Washington, DC, where, among other things, she managed professional development workshops, organized international student recruitment fairs in Asia, developed marketing and promotional materials, and represented TABS worldwide. Aimee had the privilege of knowing TASIS schools through her association work and was eager to join the organization. She particularly enjoys introducing TASIS Portugal to families and sharing all of the incredible opportunities that await them at this newest member of the TASIS family of schools.
Aimee holds an undergraduate degree in communications from The University of New Hampshire and a Masters Degree in education from Plymouth State University. She served two terms on the board of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA) Foundation and is a recipient of the Western Boarding Schools Association's Hilton Award for outstanding contributions to the association.
